40K Group Structure
The 40K Foundation is a registered Australian charity based in Sydney NSW.
We are currently an Interim Full Member of the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) and anticipate becoming Full Members in October 2021. As a member, we are a signatory to the ACFID Code of Conduct, which is a voluntary, self – regulatory sector code of good practice.
Donations, grants and sponsorships to the 40K Foundation fund our activities in India and Cambodia to achieve our charitable purpose. These activities are implemented by 40K Plus Education Pvt Ltd (in India) and 40K Plus Education Co. Ltd. (in Cambodia) for the benefit of children in low-resource communities. Operations in each country are complementary and adhere to our shared vision, mission, values and policies. We work cooperatively to achieve the same objective; to make quality English literacy education and digital learning accessible for children in rural and remote locations in India and Cambodia.
The 40K Foundation is an open, transparent organisation committed to providing detailed information to partners and stakeholders about all aspects of our organisation and our activities. In our work across each country, we ensure that we fully comply with all regulatory requirements.
